My care was excellent and at all stages I felt like an individual and nothing was too much trouble.
I can't particularly think of anything that could be improved.
Were looked after, nursing staff and auxillaries efficient and friendly.
Excellent care I've recieved from day one except there was one person in-charge on night (male nurse) on my 2nd day of my stay that he was not often polite not even saying good evening. I've asked for one medication at 2200.
I found all aspects of my stay to have been very carefully planned from arrival to departure, the whole team were excellent. Nurses in particular were always considerate.
I have to mention my surgeon Mr Adhikani who spent time pre op explaining everything and the follow up visits by his register.
The food was good, but the service was to dependent.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms, toilets etc clean.
Improvements.
Time fresh air would be good!
Too much light at night.
Light, clean well laid out set up.
Staff all very helpful.
Temperature in room was a bit light.
All the members of staff and nurses were very caring. Esp.
(1) Sister Carol Jebboth, wonderful person.
(2) Esther harries White. Health care assistant- very kind.
To be treated as a person is good all staff were perfect.

Every aspect of my stay here was 100% - fantastic in fact.
I could see no room for any improvement. My very grateful thanks to everyone.
